Abstract — The users’ needs have been satisfied in the last decade by new forms of communication technologies, such as chatbots. Developed through Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other systems, chatbots have lately started to replace the human resource and manage its data by learning from conversations with users. The article aims at developing AI research domain in the financial area.
