EMPLOYEE STRESS MANAGEMENT AT S.C. KAUFLAND

In this paper, we have presented explanatory models of occupational stress, the relationship between stress reactions and the adaptation mechanism, sources of occupational stress, the relationships between occupational stress, professional self-efficacy, and organizational involvement.
In the second part of the paper, we have presented a case study on employee stress at S.C. Kaufland. The questionnaire applied is structured into 5 dimensions: lifestyle, environment, symptoms, occupation, and relationships.
Finally, we have presented the analysis and interpretation of the respondents’ results from S.C. Kaufland.
